Our package requires both a hardware and software subscription as outlined below.
Hardware Purchase

this fee covers the hardware capital purchase of a Philips 55” touchscreen with five-year warranty, on site screen installation, onsite platform upload and installation. This fee is to be paid on placement of the order.
Software Subscription
To cover software build, software licensing, initial and ongoing training needs, software updates, maintenance and support services.

All payments shall be made by the host venue in accordance with the payment schedule provided by GC Media.
Package details
You get the following all included in the value of your GC Media package.
Hardware
State of the art touchscreen noticeboard from Philips PPDS, powered by android. 4k UtraHD
display, locked into the GC Media platform on installation.
Software updates
Software updates will be automatically sent to your touchscreen, ensuring your systems are are always kept up to date.
Installation
Professional installation by our install partners at Equinox. Installation typically takes 2 hours,
depending on the job required
on site.
Warranty
All of our touchscreens come with a 5 year manufacturers warranty.
Licensing
The site build and licensing of the GC Media product is fully inclusive of your package
for the length of the term.
Training & Support
Unlimited levels of staff training & support both before install and after install. An online user guide is also supplied.
(At least one training session must be carried out before we move to install phase.)
